(iv) Investigate all problems with evacuation drills, including accidents,
Guidance §483.470(i)(2)(iv)
The documentation for each evacuation drill includes an analysis of:
• The timeliness of the evacuation;
• Any difficulties observed during the drill;
• Investigates the cause of the difficulties; and
• Develops a plan to ensure the difficulties will not reoccur.
