(1) Space for equipment for daily out-of-bed activity for all clients who are not yet mobile,
except those who have a short-term illness or those few clients for whom out-of-bed activity
is a threat to health and safety; and
Guidance §483.470(c)(1)
Sufficient space that permits the use of wheelchairs, walkers and other adaptive equipment
should be provided within the bedroom.
