§483.460(k)(3) Unlicensed personnel are allowed to administer drugs only if State law
permits;

Unlicensed personnel administer only those forms of medication which state law permits.
Licensed nurse(s) in the facility oversee any administration of medications by unlicensed
persons and periodically evaluate their performance.
