§483.460(a)(3)(iii) Routine screening laboratory examinations as determined necessary by the
physician,
Guidance §483.460(a)(3)(iii)
The facility may have a set of routine laboratory tests which are to be done on every client
annually which is developed and approved by the facility physician. However, such a list is not
required. The physician may write orders individually for the clients based upon their medical
history, age, gender or medical vulnerabilities.
