§483.440(e)(2) are related to the client's individual program plan and assessments and
Guidance §483.440(e)(2)
Significant events are those events which would cause a reasonable person to be affected and
which impact a normal routine. Such events include changes in the client's functional status,
emotional health, physical health, accomplishments, activities or needs which impact the CFA
and IPP, as well as instances of abuse, neglect or mistreatment.
The client record should contain documentation that such events are evaluated and monitored.
