§483.410(a)(2) The governing body must set the qualifications (in addition to those already set
by State law, if any) for the administrator of the facility.
Guidance §483.410(a)(2)
The policies of the facility must include the qualifications of the administrator, and the
qualifications are stated in the job description of the administrator.
