§ 494.180(g)(2) The dialysis facility must have available at the nursing/monitoring station, a
roster with the names of physicians to be called for emergencies, when they can be called,
and how they can be reached.
Interpretive Guidance § 494.180(g)(2):
There must be a listing available of physicians’ names and contact numbers and a call schedule
if physicians rotate this responsibility. Every facility should have a written plan for physician
coverage during illness, vacations, and holidays.
