§ 494.140(c) Standard: Dietitian
The facility must have a dietitian who must— (1) Be a
registered dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration; and

The Commission on Dietetic Registration is the credentialing agency for the American Dietetic
Association. Dietitians working in dialysis must have evidence of registration with that
organization.
