5.5.4 Bicarbonate concentrate distribution systems (Ozone Disinfection)
When used to disinfect the pipes of a bicarbonate concentrate delivery system, an ozone
generator should be capable of delivering ozone at the concentration and for the exposure
time specified by the manufacturer.
When ozone disinfection systems are used, ambient air should be monitored for ozone as
required by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
