§ 491.4 Compliance with Federal, State and local laws
The rural health clinic . . . and its staff are in compliance with applicable Federal,
State and local laws and regulations.
Interpretative Guidelines § 491.4
The RHC must ensure that it meets all applicable Federal, State and local law and
regulations. Depending on the manner and degree of noncompliance with the standards
contained in this Condition, condition-level noncompliance may be present and must be
cited.
