§485.918(g) Standard: Compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
related to the health and safety of clients. The CMHC and its staff must operate and
furnish services in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and
regulations related to the health and safety of clients. If State and local law provides for
licensing of CMHCs, the CMHC must be licensed. The CMHC staff must follow the
CMHC’s policies and procedures.
