§485.917(e)(1) That an on-going QAPI program for quality improvement and client
safety is defined, implemented, maintained, and evaluated annually.
Interpretive Guidelines §485.917(e)(1)
There must be documented evidence that the QAPI program reports and data have been
reviewed and approved by the governing body annually.
