§485.914(c)(4)(i) The reasons for the admission
Interpretive Guidelines §485.914 (c)(4)(i)
The comprehensive assessment may determine the reason for admission from a wide
range of sources: referrals of clients who have been discharged from a hospital or
referred by a medical or psychiatric professional; initial assessment; and/or admission
documents.
