§485.910(c)(1) Be involved in developing his or her active treatment plan
Interpretive Guidelines §485.910(c)(1)
Verify in the client’s records and through interview that the clients participate in the
development of the initial treatment plan at the time of the admission process, work
jointly with the staff to set treatment priorities, and agree to the treatment plan
established.
