§485.910(a)(3) The CMHC must obtain the client’s and /or the client representative’s
signature confirming that he or she has received a copy of the notice of rights and
responsibilities.
Interpretive Guidelines §485.910(a)(3)
There must be evidence in the client record of a signed copy of notice of rights
and responsibilities which is distributed by the CMHC at time of admission and
signed by the client (and/or representative).
