§485.910(a)(2) During the initial evaluation, the CMHC must inform and distribute
written information to the client concerning its policies on filing a grievance.
Interpretive Guidelines §485.910(a)(2)
During record review and interviews, verify that the facility distributed written
information to clients and informed them of the policy on filing a grievance as evidenced
by client signature at time of initial evaluation.
