§484.50(c) Standard: Rights of the patient
The patient has the right to—
(5) Receive all services outlined in the plan of care.

Clinical record review and patient interview should confirm that the HHA is providing
the services identified in the patient’s individualized plan of care (see also §484.60(a)).
