BOP Program Statement 8570.02 § 9
INMATE PIECE RATE PAY
Factory Managers are to use an engineering spreadsheet to develop and support individual piece
rates. Once the rates are developed, they are to be scheduled on FPI Form 83 and are considered
effective after approval by the Warden and the General Manager.
