BOP Program Statement 8570.02 § 20
INMATE FINAL WAGE
Inmates upon release will be paid any funds due to them when they leave the institution, either
via advance pay or by applying the funds to the inmate debit card issued by the institution on the
next scheduled monthly payroll.
