INMATE LONGEVITY PAY
An inmate earns an additional hourly pay allowance for longevity of FPI work service.
Longevity pay rates are set by FPI’s Board of Directors and implemented by memoranda issued
by FPI. For longevity pay purposes, a month includes any part of a month in which an inmate is
in FPI work status. Longevity pay is classified as indirect pay and may not come out of a wage
fund. This pay is to be charged to the Indirect Labor; Inmate account (611500).
