RESPONSIBILITIES

■ The FPI Financial Management Branch (FMB) disbursement officers ensure that the

procedures in this program statement are performed properly and efficiently.

■ FPI personnel are responsible for notifying disbursement officers of claims for non-receipt of

payment.
