COLLECTING DEBT - EMPLOYEES. The Business Manager is

activein force · 2006-07-07 – presentact-effective-date

responsible for initiating collection efforts for current and

departing employees in accordance with established procedures

outlined in the Program Statement on Financial Management - Debt

Management.

! Current Employees - internal salary offset.

! Departing Employees - payment in full or establishment of an

accounts receivable. If an accounts receivable is

established, the Chief, CAR must be notified promptly of the

outstanding debt.
