BOP Program Statement 8530.03 § 1
PURPOSE AND SCOPE. To prescribe policy and implement
procedures involving procurement related issues; including, but
not limited to, the acquisition of raw materials, supplies, and
services to support the operation of Federal Prison Industries
(FPI).
