BOP Program Statement 8331.03 § 3
RESPONSIBILITY
The Associate Warden/Superintendent of Industries (AW/SOI) is responsible for the management
of physical inventories at their factory operation(s). This is done through the particular
supervisory structure employed by the business group operating at the factory. If a location does
not utilize an AW/SOI, the Field Financial Administrator (FFA) and the prime business manager
will establish procedures for the administration (scheduling, approval of differences, etc.) of
physical inventory at affected locations.
