BOP Program Statement 8281.03 § 4
BLUEPRINTS/SPECIFICATIONS. The Product/Process Folder will contain a copy of all
drawings and specifications for the item. Only drawings that apply to the applicable product
structure level need to be included in the folder. For example, a routing pertaining to assembly
only needs to include assembly-level drawings.
A drawing or specification list may be included in place of large or electronically maintained
drawings or specifications provided they are readily accessible and their location is referenced in
the folder.
