PROGRAM OBJECTIVES. The expected results of this program

are:

a. System performance and market accessibility will be

enhanced through accurate sales reporting across Product Groups.

b. Customer delivery dates will be met.

c. Customer assistance and complaint resolution will be

provided expeditiously.
