BOP Program Statement 8270.02 § 1
PURPOSE AND SCOPE. This Program Statement and the
accompanying Manual prescribe standards and include procedures
for order management, pricing, factory loading, coordination of
customer inquiry and complaint resolution and all related
activities at Federal Prison Industries, Inc.'s (FPI) Customer
Service Center (CSC), located at the Federal Medical Center,
Lexington, Kentucky.
