The second shall discuss compliance and modifications to sales
quotas and submit corrective action plans to ensure compliance
with corporate objectives.
These conferences also provide an excellent opportunity to
efficiently train marketing staff in sales management, customer
relations, sales quotas, sales planning, and UNICOR's management
information systems (computer training). In addition, they can
be a forum to recognize sales staff accomplishments.
