PURPOSE AND SCOPE

To establish standards for creating and maintaining access authorizations in the FPI financial

information system (currently SAP S/4HANA).

a. Program Objectives.

■ Clearly defines roles and responsibilities for the development, maintenance, and

assignment of user authorizations in the FPI financial information system.

■ Security of information in the FPI financial information system will be maintained by

proper internal controls.

b. Institution Supplement. None.
