BOP Program Statement 7300.09 § 24

At the time of intake, does the contractor contact the

activein force · 1998-01-12 – presentact-effective-date

USPO in the appropriate jurisdiction(s) to determine if there are

any objections to passes or furloughs at the location proposed by

the resident? If any subsequent changes in pass or furlough

location occur, does the contractor obtain additional clearance

from the USPO?
