BOP Program Statement 5803.08 § 6
PROGRESS REPORT LIFE
A progress report is considered current if it has been 180 days or less since last issuance, unless
there is new and significant information that requires inclusion – changes in an inmate’s
behavior, work habits and skills, program accomplishments, release plans, etc.
