BOP Program Statement 5538.09 § 13
COMPLIANCE AND OVERSIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Division of Compliance and Oversight and Correctional Services Branch, Correctional
Programs Division review the Escorted Trip Program. The Warden may select appropriate staff
to conduct periodic internal reviews.
