BOP Program Statement 5353.02 § 7
SELECTION OF CTE CONTRACT SERVICE PROVIDERS
All selections of CTE contract service providers will be made in accordance with the Program
Statement Bureau of Prisons Acquisition Policy. The SOE will reference Program Statement
Acceptance of Donations and consult with the Ethics Office regarding procedures when CTE
programs are offered to the Bureau with no charge.
