BOP Program Statement 5319.01 § 9
PROGRAM EVALUATION
The LCP and Threshold program participants must complete the pre-program assessment prior to
starting the program and the post-program assessment upon successful completion. These
assessments are administered by the Chaplain or designee. The completed assessments must be
emailed to the Chaplaincy Faith-Based Coordinator in Central Office for review and further
evaluation on the effectiveness of the program.
