Chaplaincy Services staff receive training provided by the Chaplaincy Services Branch, focusing

on a review of the Bureau’s faith-based philosophy, program implementation requirements,

instructional skills and materials, guidelines for integrating the program into the institution, and

facilitating the assessment of inmates’ progress through the programs.
