DOCUMENTATION AND TRACKING OF MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH
INFORMATION
Medical and mental health information for this population will be maintained in the current
electronic recordkeeping system or health record system in accordance with PS 6090.04, Health
Information Management and PS 5310.17, Psychology Services Manual. Medical and mental
health information is considered confidential and may only be released in accordance with
appropriate laws, rules, and regulations.
