DETAINERS AND NOTIFICATIONS

If the inmate has other detainers or requests for notifications on file, the SCSS must:

 forward a BP-A0394, Detainer Action Letter form to the appropriate state authorities to

inform them of the transfer, and

 notify those state authorities their detainers or requests for notifications have been

forwarded.
