ORDERING AND RECEIPT OF CONTROLLED STORES

When ordering controlled items, the FSA or Cost Center Manager will identify on the purchase

request that items are controlled to alert warehouse staff to provide special handling (i.e., knives,

mace, yeast, nutmeg, cloves) in accordance with the Program Statement Correctional Services

Procedures Manual.
