BOP Program Statement 4250.01 § 11
§ 545.30 Funds due deceased inmates.
Funds due a deceased inmate for work performed and not yet paid shall be made to a legal
representative of the inmate’s estate or in accordance with the laws of descent and distribution of
the state of the inmate’s domicile.
Funds owed to deceased inmates for work performed but unpaid will be paid to legal
representatives or according to applicable state laws.
