BOP Program Statement 4200.13 § 9
REPORTING
a. General Requirements. Specific reporting procedures are addressed in each chapter.
Generalized reporting procedures are as follows.
Institution. The Facilities Manager or designee is responsible for entering data in CMMS by the
15th of each month for the previous reporting period. Upon completion, reports are printed and
routed in accordance with Facilities Management Operational Standards posted on the FMB page
of the Bureau’s intranet site.
