BOP Program Statement 3937.01 § 6
REGIONAL REVIEW. The Regional Facilities Administrator shall
evaluate the request and, if approved, forward it to the Chief,
Facilities Operations, Central Office. Each request shall be
submitted on a list that clearly identifies regional training
priorities (see Attachment B).
