REPORTING

Applicant test results must be reported to the local Human Resource Management office

initiating the request for drug testing. Staff test results must be reported by the MRO to the

National Coordinator. The National Coordinator must immediately notify the appropriate CEO of

any positive staff test results and any non-random selection (reasonable suspicion, post-accident,

etc.) staff result. The results of negative random selection results must not be reported to

individual CEOs except on request.
