BOP Program Statement 2100.04 § 9
Buildings and Facilities Budgeting. Requirements in this manual apply to the Buildings and
Facilities appropriation unless stated otherwise. Special procedures that are required but not
addressed in this Manual are issued by the Chief, BEB, or the Chief, Facilities Management.
