BOP Program Statement 2013.04 § 7
SERVICE AGREEMENTS
If an employee does not meet the terms of the service agreement, the employee is indebted to the
United States Government for any funds expended by the United States Government. If the
employee is indebted, OFM shall demand payment in full from the employee. If payment is not
made, these amounts are to be collected through Administrative Offset as discussed in Section 4.
Exceptions to repayment may be made if approved by the Assistant Director for Administration.
This authority has been redelegated from the Director, Bureau of Prisons.
