PROTOCOL FOR USE OF NALOXONE NASAL SPRAY IN THE TREATMENT OF
OPIOID OVERDOSE
Bureau locations will utilize a universal protocol (refer to National Formulary Part 1) that
permits the use of naloxone by staff who are covered under this program statement.
