BOP Program Statement 1605.01 § 9
ENVIRONMENTAL INCIDENT REPORTING
The Warden and SA must be immediately notified of all environmental incidents that may result
in a NOV. The SA must notify the following within eight hours upon becoming aware of the
incident:

Regional Director
RSA
Chief, Environmental Protection
