BOP Program Statement 1600.16 § 8
EXTERNAL AGENCY COMMUNICATION
a. Notification. The RSA must be notified when an outside visit or inspection related to fire

protection is conducted at a Bureau facility.
b. Reporting. The SA must forward a copy of all outside visit reports to the RSA. The RSA
forwards a copy to the COSH and Chief, Fire Protection within 48 hours of receipt.
