BOP Program Statement 1505.03 § 8
LANGUAGE FLUENCY. Staff or community volunteers shall be
requested to provide their level of fluency for language(s) in
writing, using a form signed by them and similar to Attachment A.
The local Volunteer Coordinator shall retain completed, signed
forms for local staff or community volunteers. Forms may be
discarded when a volunteer is no longer willing to be a volunteer
translator.
