Quality Data Collection and Reporting Requirements
42 CFR 422.152(h)
PFFS plans must provide for the collection, analysis, and reporting of data that permits
the measurement of health outcomes and other indices of quality. The quality data
collection and reporting requirements for PFFS plans cannot exceed the data collection
and reporting requirements established for local PPO plans under 42 CFR 422.152(e).
