State Administering Agency
The State Administering Agency assures that its responsibilities under Sections 1894 and
1934 of the Social Security Act will be met. All relevant provisions are included in the
contract with the PACE entities, either as a contractor or State Administering Agency
responsibility. Both scheduled and unscheduled on-site reviews will be conducted by
State Administering Agency staff.
